Equine Health & Biosafety
2021 Equine Health
& Biosecurity Requirements
Blenheim EquiSports is dedicated to the health, welfare and safety of all exhibitors both equine and human. To protect our equine partners, we will be requiring the following protocols at the Blenheim EquiSports Horse Shows held at the Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park (San Juan Capistrano).
All horses stabling on the show grounds must arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If it is necessary to arrive at any other time you must contact the show office prior and check in with night security. On Mondays between shows, stalls will not be available until 12 noon.
Temperature checks must be performed twice daily for all horses on the property. Temperatures must be recorded on the temperature log posted on each stall. If there is an elevated temperature for more than a 24 hour period, please consult your local veterinarian immediately and report the situation to management. Isolation stalls will be available either on the grounds or at a local veterinary practice if the need arises.
MANDATORY, Per USEF GR 845, Competition Management may request Proof of Vaccination for each entered horse using the methods noted in GR 845. In lieu of the noted methods, the form (button below) may also be used to demonstrate proof of vaccination.
