Las Vegas, NV -
As it takes its place among the fourteen carefully chosen venues of the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League, The Las Vegas National Horse Show is proud to welcome an outstanding list of prominent sponsors. Along with the $100,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Las Vegas leg, the show hosts the Markel Grand Prix Series Final, two Speed Classics, two Winning Round Classics, the West Coast Equestrian (WCE) Medal Finals, the Show Jumping Hall of Fame West Coast Championships and the NAL Finals, from November 10-15, 2015.
Longines Comes to Las Vegas
In 1926, Longines received its first mandate as official timekeeper for a show jumping event. With almost ninety years of experience, the Swiss watch manufacturer brings timekeeping and data handling services to equestrian sport. The development of these services can be seen at The Las Vegas National via giant screens, scoreboards, and the graphics in the broadcast as part of the presentation of FEI events around the world.
Providing all of its experience to the FEI as its Official Timekeeper and Official Watch, Longines brings its signature red carpet and unmistakable cachet to The Las Vegas National.
Presenting Interactive Mortgage
For Saturday's featured event, the $100,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Las Vegas, the presenting sponsor is Interactive Mortgage, a company launched in 2015 that finances new home purchases, and refinances homeowners' current loans to help improve their financial position. The company's goal is to bring an interactive experience to the consumer, with the consumer in control, rather than a salesperson. With Interactive Mortgage, the consumer makes the decisions.
Interactive Mortgage will also sponsor two series with Blenheim EquiSports in 2016: the Interactive Mortgage Futurity Series and Final for up-and-coming grand prix horses under the age of 10, and the Interactive Mortgage U25 Series and Final at the 1.40-1.45m level for riders under age 25.
Speed Classics presented by Park Place Foundation and Walter Oil & Gas
Highlight class sponsors include Park Place Foundation, sponsors of the $35,000 FEI 1.50m Speed Classic on the evening of Thursday, November 12th and Walter Oil & Gas, presenting the $30,000 Las Vegas 1.35m Speed Classic on Friday, November 13th.
Park Place Foundation was formed to promote and embrace a healthy lifestyle for children and teens as they embark on their journey toward adulthood. Through education, increased awareness, and the sharing of personal stories, the foundation strives to make changes in how the world perceives and treats addiction and mental illness.
Along with their participation at The Las Vegas National, Walter Oil & Gas Corporation, a family-owned firm, is an active sponsor of Scarlett's Derby during the Blenheim season. Scarlett's Derby also benefits the Park Place Foundation.
Year Two for Markel Insurance Grand Prix Series Final
Markel Insurance wraps up their second annual 1.40m Grand Prix series, with the competitive Final on the afternoon of Thursday, November 12th in Las Vegas.
With 13 competitive qualifiers, 13 international course designers, and 139 competitors, it certainly was an impressive second season for the Markel Insurance Series. A host of horses and riders experienced a 'first' in the Markel classes - from their first time in a grand prix to their first grand prix win; and it gave some of the West Coast's best show jumpers an opportunity to compete at The Las Vegas National.
Saddles and Awards Galore
A bevy of great awards await The Las Vegas National competitors. Bruno Delgrange presents the $10,000 1.40m Winning Round Classic on the evening of Wednesday, November 11th with a saddle awarded to the winner. The winner of the $30,000 Las Vegas Speed Classic on Friday evening and the $35,000 FEI Winning Round Classic on Saturday afternoon will each receive new Butet saddles. And with a focus on the equitation, CWD Sellier will award a CWD product to each rider in the top ten of West Coast Equestrian Medal Finals, with a CWD saddle presented to the winner.
Additional award sponsors include Brookway Stables, English Riding Supply, EquFit, inc., Horseware Ireland, Riata Designs & Romfh Equestrian Apparel.
